A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event. If substitutes are unavailable, you will be responsible for all incurred charges.

Should a tournament be canceled due to inclement weather, the dollars will be divided into the remaining tournaments. If the Friday tournament is canceled, you may wait out the weather then play golf. All golf and cart fees for 18 holes will be paid for. Remaining dollars will be donated to this year's charity.
